1. Booking and Cancellation Policy - 
    All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card at the time of booking.      A Deposit of 10% is required at the time of booking and the balance to be paid 48 hours before check in date.  To make alternative payment arrangements please email us directly. If your booking needs to be cancelled the 10% Deposit Booking Fee will be non-refundable if it is within 24 hours prior to check in date. Over 24 hours a refund will be issued.
  2. Check-in time -  2.00 P.M and check-out is strictly 10.00 A.M. An estimated time of arrival would be highly appreciated.
  3. Smoking Policy -
    In the interests of public health and safety, smoking is not permitted indoors or outside the rooms. The Building and Premises are strictly a Non Smoking Area.
  4. Noise -
    For the comfort and safety of all our guests we ask that noise is kept to a minimum after 10pm or before 7am. Only one warning will be issued if a noise complaint is received. 
  5. Pets -
    Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate pets. (Assistance dogs Accepted)
  6. Cooking -
    No cooking is permitted in our rooms. Full amenities are provided in the Shared Kitchen.
